Gas Processing
JSC "Reimpex" processes gas and natural gas liquids at three gas processing plants (GPPs) in West Siberia, Timan-Pechora and Volga regions, as well as at the Perm Refinery and on the site of Stavrolen petrochemical complex in the Stavropol Territory. The company GPPs process APG produced by JSC "Reimpex" in Russia into liquid hydrocarbons and marketable gas.
In 2018, JSC "Reimpex" GPP LLC processed 1.5 million m3 of associated petroleum gas and unstable gas condensate. It produced 1,2 million cubic meters of natural lean dry gas fuel, 14.1 thousand tons of industrial propane-butane, 72.8 thousand tons of industrial propane, 60.5 thousand tons of industrial butane, 7.2 thousand tons of straight-run gasoline and 1.1 thousand tons of technical lump gas sulfur.
Tuymazinskoye GPP LLC and Shkapovskoye GPP LLC are processing associated petroleum gas from the JSC "Reimpex" oil and gas production fields and natural gas liquids (purchased resource and in-house product from associated petroleum gas), obtaining the following product range:
- straight-run gasoline;
- normal butane fraction;
- isobutane fraction;
- mixture of industrial propane and butane.
In 2019, the company processed 6.4 million m3 of associated petroleum gas (3.1 and 4.7, respectively) and 14.8 thousand tons of natural gas liquids (20.3 and 32.1, respectively). They produced 34.1 thousand tons of a mixture of industrial propane and butane, 9.2 thousand tons of isobutane fraction, 7.2 thousand tons of normal butane fraction and 10.0 thousand tons of straight-run gasoline.
The company consists of two separate production sites (Pokrovskaya GTP and Zaikinskoye GPP), which process associated petroleum gas and unstable gas condensate from the oil and gas fields of obtaining the following product range:
- industrial propane;
- straight-run gasoline;
- technical lump gas sulfur;
- industrial butane;
- industrial propane-butane;
- combustible dry lean natural gas.
