Today, the Company is one of leader in the development and implementation of advanced technologies and innovations. Innovations cover all areas of the Company's business, ensuring its sustainable technological superiority. The Company’s active and consistent innovation development is expressed in the constant creation, improvement and implementation of the latest technologies and equipment, adaptation and use of the advanced world experience, improving the quality of management and control over business processes, as well as in the continuous improvement of the specialists’ competence.

The main vectors and features of the Company’s innovation development are included in the JSC "Reimpex" Program for Innovation Development for 2018-2030 with a prospect up to 2040. This Program has been approved and endorsed by the Interdepartmental Committee for Technological Development with the Presidium of the Council under the President of the Russian Federation for Economic Modernization and Innovation Development of Russia.

The important milestones in the development of the scientific and innovation potential of the Company include the merger of the Company's research and design institutes into a single Corporate Scientific and Project Complex (CSRC) and the creation of a system of centralized and specialized institutes in 2019.

The developed international cooperation, interaction with scientific centers of the Russian Academy of Science, Russian universities, small and medium-sized innovation enterprises provide for the Company’s an active accumulation of scientific potential and contribute to the overall support and development of the innovation process.
